Key Responsibilities

  • Educate and Inform: Clearly explain the features, benefits, costs, and limitations of various life insurance products, including term life, whole life, universal life, and other policy options.   • Deliver Exceptional Service: Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries received via phone, email, and chat. Resolve concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism — even in sensitive or emotionally charged situations.

  • Life Insurance License: Possession of a valid life insurance agent license in your state of residence, or a willingness to obtain one shortly after joining arenaflex (licensing support and reimbursement may be provided).

  • Prior experience in life insurance, financial services, or insurance sales
