Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from cardholders with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer records in our secure, computerized system while navigating multiple windows and applications simultaneously.
  • Resolve inquiries ranging from balance checks and transaction disputes to account updates and fraud alerts.
  • Authorize sales, process payments, and perform account modifications in accordance with arenaflex policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by actively listening, anticipating needs, and delivering personalized assistance.
  • Collaborate with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners to share best practices and improve overall service quality.
  • Participate in mandatory in‑person training sessions at our Rapid City, SD hub to master arenaflex’s systems, compliance standards, and customer‑service protocols.
  • Adhere to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act requirements, ensuring all transactions meet federal safety and soundness standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of customer‑service experience in any industry, or equivalent military experience.
  • Ability to live within a 2½‑hour commute of Rapid City, SD, to attend on‑site training and occasional team meetings.
  • Proficient computer skills, including fast typing while speaking, multitasking across multiple windows, and comfortable use of Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; capable of diagnosing issues quickly and offering clear resolutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear, courteous, and concise information.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug test, background investigation, and fingerprinting as part of the hiring process.
