Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Chat Sales Specialist you will work closely with our client success team to initiate authentic dialogues, nurture leads, and close sales for coaching programs across multiple platforms. Your typical day will be structured around the following activities:

  • Conversation Initiation (2 hours): Reach out to new prospects on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social channels, crafting personalized messages that spark interest.
  • Follow‑Up Management (2 hours): Maintain a pipeline of ongoing conversations, providing timely information and addressing objections to keep prospects engaged.
  • Organic Account Growth (2 hours): Implement growth tactics—such as content interaction, hashtag research, and community participation—to expand the reach of the coach’s social profiles.
  • Lead Conversion (1 hour 30 minutes): Respond to inbound inquiries, deliver compelling value propositions, and close sales on coaching packages.
  • Team Coordination (30 minutes): Participate in daily stand‑ups, share insights with teammates, and contribute to strategy discussions.

Essential Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following baseline criteria:

  • Advanced (C1) to native (C2) proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate persuasively and professionally.
  • Residency in any Latin American country or Brazil, with a stable high‑speed internet connection.

  • Strong Performance Tier: $1,200 – $2,000 USD per month.
  • Excellent Performance Tier: $2,000 – $3,000+ USD per month, with uncapped commission potential.
