Position Overview

arenaflex is actively seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Remote Customer Service team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with prescription refills, insurance inquiries, billing questions, and the use of arenaflex’s digital health tools. You will work collaboratively with pharmacists, billing specialists, and insurance partners to resolve issues promptly, ensuring each interaction leaves the customer feeling heard, supported, and confident in their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support Across Multiple Channels

  • Provide courteous, timely assistance via phone, email, and live chat, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
  • Answer inquiries related to prescription services, insurance coverage, healthcare plans, and general product information.
  • Guide customers through arenaflex’s online portal, mobile app, and self‑service tools for managing prescriptions, refills, and account details.

Prescription & Medication Assistance

  • Help customers place new prescriptions, transfer existing ones, or update medication details.
  • Collaborate with licensed pharmacists to clarify dosage instructions, potential side effects, and medication interactions.
  • Educate customers on arenaflex’s home‑delivery options and digital health resources, promoting a seamless medication experience.

Insurance & Billing Support

  • Assist customers in understanding their insurance benefits, claim status, and billing statements.
  • Verify insurance information, submit claims, and coordinate with third‑party payers to resolve coverage questions.
  • Troubleshoot billing discrepancies, process refunds, and ensure accurate payment processing.

Problem Resolution & Escalation

  • Address customer complaints with empathy, offering clear solutions and follow‑up to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex or high‑impact issues to the appropriate department, maintaining ownership until resolution.

Data Entry & Record Management

Essential Qualifications
