What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, your primary mission will be to build customer loyalty and confidence by handling a wide range of inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, and other communication platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the overall success of our operations. - Customer and Sales Partnership: Work directly with customers and sales professionals as a primary resource for product information, service support, and problem resolution. - Order Management and Follow-Up: Enter orders accurately and follow up to confirm fulfillment. You will manage and track all back orders and open orders, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.
- Credits and Returns Processing: Request credits and process returns in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining a high standard of service throughout the process.
- Delivery Tracking and Status Updates: Maintain up-to-date records on delivery status and order source tracking to ensure successful, on-time delivery for every customer.
