Position Overview
arenaflex is hiring a Customer Care Representative – Property & Casualty Insurance Support Specialist to join our award-winning remote customer experience team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to policyholders, insurance agents, and third-party partners across multiple contact channels. You’ll be the voice of arenaflex, providing guidance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and supported.
Beyond direct customer support, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted resource for your teammates, helping to elevate the entire team’s performance. - Serving as a Subject Matter Expert: Act as a go-to resource for team members and internal customers, providing guidance on complex processes, products, and systems.
- Handling Escalated Calls: Take ownership of more complex customer issues, working diligently to resolve them in a single interaction whenever possible.
- Answering Incoming Communications: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from policyholders, agents, and third parties, quickly identifying the type of assistance needed.
- Active Listening and Documentation: Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and accurately document all relevant information in arenaflex’s computer systems.
- End-to-End Problem Resolution: Own customer issues from initial contact through final resolution, whether that happens in real time or through timely, comprehensive follow-up.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Research complex issues across multiple databases and partner with internal support resources to deliver effective solutions.
- Meeting Performance Goals: Consistently achieve targets in first call resolution, call quality, efficiency, provider satisfaction, and attendance.

Knowledge and Experience
- Proficiency with computers and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new and complex systems quickly.
- A minimum of one year of contact center customer service experience, with familiarity across multiple contact channels including phone and email.
- Successful completion of arenaflex’s Customer Service training program and demonstrated proficiency with the material.
- Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
- Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience is highly preferred.
- A 440 or 220 License is preferred (candidates without a license must be willing and able to obtain one after starting).
- Bilingual abilities are a strong plus, reflecting arenaflex’s commitment to serving diverse communities.
- At least two years of call center experience is preferred.
Education and Certifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of one year of Contact Center Operations experience is required.
Remote Work Requirements
This is a fully remote position based in Florida, with occasional travel to arenaflex’s Tampa, FL headquarters for team meetings, training, or special events. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A dedicated, secure work area that is separated from other living areas and provides complete information privacy.
- The ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure at all times.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment conducive to handling customer calls.
- Willingness to travel minimally to Tampa, FL as required for business needs.
