What You Will Do at arenaflex
As our Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the frontline champion for our Spanish-speaking community. Every day, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of our customers by delivering prompt, thoughtful, and effective support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Customer Service Tickets: You will respond to all incoming support tickets from Spanish-speaking customers through our Zendesk help desk and WhatsApp business account, ensuring every inquiry receives a timely and personalized response.
- Meeting Response Time Goals: You will reply to customer tickets within 24 hours during weekdays, maintaining the high standards of responsiveness that arenaflex customers have come to expect.
- Updating Customer Accounts: You will accurately update customer information, subscription details, and account records across multiple platforms to ensure a seamless experience.
- Problem Solving and Collaboration: You will work closely with the broader arenaflex team, brainstorming creative solutions to customer challenges and contributing your unique perspective in both English and Spanish.
- Payment and Subscription Support: You will assist customers with billing-related inquiries, including processing refunds, modifying subscriptions, and resolving payment issues through our charge management system.
- Standard Operating Procedure Development: You will help build, maintain, and continuously improve the Customer Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to our Spanish-language brand.
- Cross-Functional Communication: You will relay customer feedback, pain points, and opportunities for improvement to other teams, helping shape the future of our product and service offerings.

Compensation, Perks, and Contract Details
- Position Type: Independent Contractor (part-time)
- Pay Rate: $12 to $14 per hour, depending on experience and skills
- Hours: Maximum of 10 hours per week to start, with potential for expansion based on performance and ROI
