Key Responsibilities

Customer Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Initiate outbound calls and personalized emails to a minimum of 50 new homeowners daily, introducing arenaflex’s service portfolio and gathering feedback on recent experiences.
  • Conduct thorough Quality Control Check‑Ins with existing clients, confirming satisfaction levels and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Build genuine, respectful relationships with homeowners, aiming for a 100% satisfaction rate and fostering long‑term loyalty.

Information Management & Communication

  • Accurately document all interactions, service requests, and special notes in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity for future reference.
  • Relay critical service updates, promotional offers, and new package information to clients in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, operations, and marketing—to align messaging and resolve any client concerns promptly.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to sharpen communication skills and product knowledge.
  • Contribute ideas for process enhancements, script improvements, and new outreach strategies that can boost conversion rates.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call‑center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM platforms, email clients, and basic office software.
