Why Join arenaflex?

At arenaflex, we’re redefining the way millions of households receive groceries, fresh produce, and everyday essentials. Our arenaflex InHome service brings the store straight to the kitchen, the carport, or the ice chest, eliminating the hassle of traditional shopping and freeing up valuable time for busy families. As a Fortune‑ranked leader in retail innovation, arenaflex combines cutting‑edge technology with a deep commitment to community, sustainability, and inclusion. When you join our team, you become part of a purpose‑driven organization that values every voice, celebrates diversity, and empowers employees to bring their whole selves to work.

About the Role

The InHome division is on a rapid growth trajectory, building products that simplify life for millions of customers across the United States. We are looking for a dynamic Staff Product Manager who will own the end‑to‑end customer journey—from the moment a shopper places an arenaflex InHome order to the seamless delivery of fresh items into their refrigerator. This role is remote‑first, with an optional relocation to our innovation hub in Bentonville, AR, for those who wish to work on‑site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, design, and iterate on the arenaflex InHome product roadmap, ensuring a frictionless, delightful experience for every user.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners—including engineering, design, operations, and customer support—to translate vision into high‑impact features.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze product performance using data‑driven metrics, surface insights, and communicate wins and improvement areas to senior leadership.
  • Establish and track key product KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment time, Net Promoter Score, churn rate) and proactively adjust strategy to meet targets.
  • Lead customer research initiatives, synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback, and turn insights into actionable product enhancements.
  • Serve as a trusted advocate for customers, addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and championing a customer‑first mindset across the organization.
  • Oversee the launch of new features, ensuring rigorous testing, quality assurance, and seamless rollout across web and mobile platforms.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager or in a closely related role, preferably within consumer‑facing technology or e‑commerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design, Business, or a related discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in end‑to‑end product development for customer experience, from concept through launch.
  • Proven ability to drive product vision, define go‑to‑market strategies, and execute on ambitious roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and a curiosity for how they can improve everyday life.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, especially with large‑scale, complex B2B or B2C platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA), assistive technologies, and inclusive design practices.
  • Background in “last‑mile” delivery operations or logistics, with a solid understanding of supply‑chain constraints.
  • Previous involvement in startup incubators, accelerators, or early‑stage product launches.
  • Experience thriving in fast‑paced, lean environments where priorities shift quickly.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while executing on detailed plans.
  • Customer Empathy: Deep understanding of user pain points and the drive to solve them.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of partnering with engineering, design, data science, and operations teams.
  • Data Literacy: Comfortable working with analytics tools, A/B testing frameworks, and dashboards.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience leading Scrum or Kanban teams and delivering iterative value.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive storytelling for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Problem‑Solving: Creative, resourceful, and decisive when faced with ambiguous challenges.

  • Rotational programs that expose you to operations, supply chain, and marketing, broadening your business acumen.
  • Participation in internal hackathons, innovation labs, and community outreach projects.

  • Wellness stipend, mental‑health resources, and access to on‑site fitness facilities (where applicable).
  • Remote‑first work model with a home office allowance, high‑speed internet reimbursement, and optional co‑working space access.
