Key Responsibilities

Core Data Entry Functions

  • Enter high‑volume data accurately into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with internal data‑quality standards.
  • Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets that track sales metrics, client interactions, and project milestones.
  • Verify and correct data entries by reviewing source documents, identifying discrepancies, and re‑entering information as needed.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks such as faxing, scanning, and filing to support the broader administrative team.
  • Conduct daily audits of entered data, flagging inconsistencies and implementing corrective actions promptly.

Research & Documentation

  • Execute simple internet research assignments, gathering relevant information and compiling findings into well‑structured Microsoft Word or OpenOffice documents.
  • Organize and store hard copies of data in an orderly fashion to facilitate quick retrieval and reference.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data‑driven summaries for internal stakeholders.

Administrative Support & Project Assistance

  • Provide occasional administrative assistance to the Director of Operations, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
  • Support special projects that require extensive data entry, such as migration initiatives, data‑clean‑up campaigns, and system upgrades.
  • Train new data entry team members on arenaflex’s computer systems, data‑entry protocols, and quality‑control procedures.
  • Collaborate with dealers and external partners to ensure data accuracy and completeness throughout the application process.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
  • Exceptional typing speed (70+ WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience creating formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and OpenOffice for document creation and formatting.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a functional home office setup.
  • U.S. residency and eligibility to work legally in the United States.
