As an HRIS Analyst at arenaflex, you will partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure that employee data is accurate, secure, and leveraged to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Reporting: Design, develop, and execute standard and ad‑hoc queries using Microsoft Excel, Access, and Business Intelligence tools to extract, analyze, and present employee‑related data.
  • System Configuration & Maintenance: Provide configuration support for HR applications, including SAP/Employee Central, ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with regional HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams to gather reporting requirements, translate technical concepts, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Create and run test scripts for new data loads and system releases, document results, and coordinate issue resolution with development teams.
  • Documentation & Training: Produce clear documentation for system changes, process updates, and user guides; support end‑user training initiatives.
  • Data Integrity Audits: Conduct regular data quality assessments, identify anomalies, and recommend corrective actions to maintain high‑quality HR data.
  • Project Support: Assist with large‑scale HRIS projects, from requirement gathering to implementation, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Customer Service: Deliver responsive support to internal customers, troubleshooting system issues and providing recommendations for enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of three years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and data management within an HR context.
  • Hands‑on experience configuring, testing, and supporting HRIS platforms such as SAP/Employee Central.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charting, data formatting) and Microsoft Access.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information into clear, business‑focused language for non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with a track record of identifying data trends, root causes, and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusted relationships across multiple business functions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5 % of the time for business needs, including occasional domestic or international trips.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting (e.g., writing queries, creating tables, managing databases).
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos.
  • Project management experience, including planning, resource coordination, and milestone tracking.
  • Knowledge of HR functional areas—Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training.
  • Exposure to SAP Employee Central Payroll, succession planning tools, and performance management dashboards.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Access for creating presentations, documentation, and data visualizations.
  • Prior experience delivering HRIS support in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
