Role Overview – Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline voice that customers rely on during emergencies. Your primary responsibility is to receive, verify, and appropriately dispatch alarm signals, ensuring that the correct authorities are alerted promptly. While the role is remote‑friendly, the initial training period is conducted on‑site in Manasquan, NJ, to provide hands‑on experience with our monitoring technology and team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming alarm signals 24/7 and assess the nature of each alert.
  • Verify the authenticity of alarm activations by contacting the property owner or designated contacts.
  • Dispatch police, fire, medical services, or private security as required by the situation.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the monitoring system, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide calm, clear, and empathetic communication to distressed callers.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve response protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, drills, and performance reviews.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
