Job Overview As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in assisting our existing and new customers with their queries and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction.   • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Identify customer needs and help them determine the best solution for their pool service requirements, providing personalized support and guidance whenever needed.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions, testing different scenarios or impersonating users to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Update our internal CRM system with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance, turning negative experiences into positive ones through your exceptional customer service skills.
  • Inform customers about new offers or services, promoting our products and services to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that their technical issues are resolved, demonstrating our commitment to their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our technician teams, helping us to improve our services and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Oversee the route optimization for our technicians, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving customer complaints.
  • Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus, although not required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work, with the ability to update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple customer inquiries and resolve issues simultaneously.
