- Experience living, working, or studying in the US or Canada is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a quiet home office.
- A professional, positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
- Customer support experience is helpful but not necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly.
