Job Overview We invite you to apply for the position of Administrative Legal Assistant (Part-Time) - Remote. Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including drafting correspondence, managing document filings, and coordinating schedules. Prepare and refresh legal documentation, including Legal Q&A resources and CRM intakes. Assist in generating daily and monthly Hotline reports and attorney scheduling activities. Support attorneys in the creation, modification, and review of standard forms, alongside organizing meetings. Maintain and update the Attorney Referral Panel efficiently. Process outreach requests from real estate associations and brokerages in a timely manner. Schedule specialized webinars and address member inquiries effectively. Assist in organizing the annual Legal Department holiday luncheon and other administrative tasks as required. Required Skills Strong proficiency in administrative functions. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with Zoom and Adobe Acrobat is advantageous.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of college coursework or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is required.
