  • Previous experience with ServiceNow required
  • Ability to take calls, provide excellent customer service, and triage issues effectively and efficiently to application support teams for resolution
  • Skills
  • ServiceNow: Intermediate
  • Help Desk/Service Desk: Advanced
  • Previous experience with ServiceNow required
  • Previous tier 1 experience, IVR and telephony experience
  • Ability to take calls, provide excellent customer service, and triage issues effectively and efficiently to application support teams for resolution
