  • Capture, validate, and prioritize IT service requests, incidents, and change requests to ensure accurate routing to the appropriate technical teams.
  • Develop and maintain service level dashboards, KPI reports, and performance metrics that provide visibility into service health and operational efficiency.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with service disruptions, documenting root cause analyses (RCAs) and recommending preventive actions.
  • Design, implement, and enforce compliance and operational controls that align with arenaflex’s governance standards.
  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end lifecycle of incidents, from detection through resolution, ensuring timely communication with business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate post‑incident reviews, drive corrective action plans, and track remediation progress against agreed timelines.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Business Operations, Marketing, Warehouse, and Finance—to translate business requirements into actionable IT service initiatives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of IT processes, tools, and best practices, contributing to continuous learning initiatives within the team.
  • Support 24/7 on‑call rotation for critical incidents, providing rapid response during off‑hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Lead regular service review meetings with internal and external partners to drive service improvements and alignment with business goals.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT service management, incident handling, or a similar operational role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT service frameworks, incident management processes, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for crafting concise, clear updates for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
