Position Summary

As a Remote Live Chat Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the digital voice of our brand, assisting travelers and customers through our online chat platform. You will handle a wide variety of inquiries ranging from booking modifications and cancellations to general travel questions, all while delivering the warmth, professionalism, and accuracy that arenaflex is known for. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through our live chat platform in a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone that reflects arenaflex's brand standards.
  • Address customer inquiries related to flight and travel bookings, schedule changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel policies.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and helpful information about products, services, promotions, and travel guidelines to enhance the customer experience.
  • Document every customer interaction thoroughly in our CRM system, ensuring detailed records for tracking, follow-up, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and completely.
  • Stay current on arenaflex products, services, promotions, and industry developments to provide informed and effective support.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services or recommend additional offerings that genuinely benefit the customer.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction scores, resolution rates, and chat quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous customer service experience, with remote or chat-based experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and tone.
  • Strong typing skills — the ability to type at least 45 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency with computers, web-based applications, and standard workplace software including chat platforms and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to balance multiple chats and tasks simultaneously.
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
