Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented, and resilient Full‑Time Remote Customer Service Representative to become a pivotal member of our Emergency Roadside Service department. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for motorists calling for help, providing calm, accurate, and solution‑focused assistance during high‑stress situations. Your ability to listen actively, assess each unique scenario, and coordinate timely dispatch of tow trucks, locksmiths, or other essential services will directly impact customer satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from drivers seeking emergency roadside assistance, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone at all times.
  • Rapidly assess the nature of each incident, verify location details, and determine the most appropriate service response (e.g., tow, lockout, fuel delivery, tire change).
  • Utilize arenaflex’s advanced CRM platform to log every interaction, update case status, and ensure accurate documentation for future reference and compliance.
  • Coordinate with dispatch teams, service providers, and field technicians to guarantee swift deployment of resources, while keeping the customer informed of estimated arrival times.
  • Monitor ongoing cases, provide proactive updates, and follow up after service completion to confirm resolution and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including operations, training, and quality assurance—to identify process improvements, share best practices, and enhance overall service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Minimum of one (1) year of proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call‑center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and articulate speaking voice.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure, manage high‑stress calls, and resolve conflicts with professionalism.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a dedicated quiet workspace, and a functional headset with a noise‑cancelling microphone.
