What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an Online Airport Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary mission is to deliver a seamless, positive experience for every passenger you interact with. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responding to Passenger Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming chat and email requests from travelers seeking assistance with bookings, reservations, flight changes, and general travel questions. Every response should reflect professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
  • Reservation and Booking Support: Assist passengers with new bookings, modifications, cancellations, upgrades, and special service requests. Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with airline policies and procedures.
  • Flight Information Delivery: Provide up-to-date information on flight schedules, gate assignments, connection times, weather-related disruptions, and travel documentation requirements to help passengers navigate their journey with confidence.
  • Baggage Assistance: Address questions related to checked baggage allowances, carry-on policies, lost or delayed luggage claims, and tracking procedures. Coordinate with baggage service teams when escalation is required.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify passenger concerns quickly, troubleshoot issues, and determine the most effective resolution. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to appropriate departments while keeping the passenger informed throughout the process.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with airport operations, reservations, ticketing, and loyalty program teams to ensure a coordinated, consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately log all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company CRM system. Identify recurring trends and provide feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Policy Adherence: Stay current on airline policies, fare rules, security regulations, and industry standards to provide compliant and accurate guidance to all passengers.

Who We're Looking For: Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of professional experience in customer service, preferably within the airline, hospitality, travel, or related industries.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly, courteously, and professionally across digital channels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working remotely in a customer support role.
