Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via live chat, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to inquiries about arenaflex products and services.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across the arenaflex ecosystem, including arenaflex OS, arenaflex mobile OS, and related applications.
  • Deliver clear, step‑by‑step guidance that empowers customers to resolve problems independently, while ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
  • Document each interaction in the ticketing system, capturing detailed notes, resolutions, and any follow‑up actions required.
  • Escalate complex or high‑impact cases to Tier‑2 or Tier‑3 support teams, providing all relevant context to facilitate swift resolution.

Essential Qualifications
