Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Register new members, verify lounge access, and manage loyalty program enrollments with precision.
  • Greet customers by name, confirm identification, share Wi‑Fi credentials, and proactively ask how you can assist.
  • Book, modify, and confirm flight reservations using arenaflex’s proprietary reservation platform (formerly known as SABRE/QIK).
  • Assist premium travelers with flight changes, re‑bookings, and special requests, always maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor.
  • Issue and re‑issue tickets, process refunds, and manage wait‑list entries for high‑demand flights.
  • Document all customer interactions in the passenger name record (PNR) to ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with higher‑level support teams, including premium service specialists and managers, to resolve complex issues.
  • Facilitate club and lounge memberships, including credit‑card enrollment and elite status upgrades.
  • Support first‑class and elite members (e.g., Attendant Key, Five Star) throughout the airport terminal, ensuring they receive priority treatment.
  • Assist with baggage inquiries, special handling requests, and other travel‑related concerns.
  • Monitor lounge occupancy, coordinate food and beverage service, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
  • Manage meeting‑room reservations for same‑day travel needs, including catering coordination.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures for lounges, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
