Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Input: Enter large volumes of information into arenaflex’s databases, spreadsheets, and proprietary systems with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and validate entries for completeness, consistency, and compliance with internal data‑quality guidelines.
  • Data Maintenance: Update, correct, and archive records as needed, ensuring that the most current information is always available.
  • Error Identification & Resolution: Detect discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Reporting & Summaries: Generate concise reports, summaries, and data extracts for supervisors and cross‑functional teams.
  • Confidentiality & Security: Adhere strictly to data‑privacy policies, safeguarding sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments via email, video conferencing, and project‑management tools.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and help implement workflow enhancements, automation opportunities, and best‑practice standards to boost efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
  • Exceptional typing speed (70+ wpm) with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications; familiarity with data‑entry software is a plus.
