INBOUND CLOSER - US FULL-TIME Commission Only | Independent Contractor | Start: ASAP We are hiring one A-player, high performing, results-driven remote closer. Are you that person? I. THE COMPANY Our Company is a premium remote sales training organisation that empowers women to achieve financial, time, and locational freedom through high-income sales skills. We are not a startup feeling our way - we are a scaling business averaging over $1M AUD per month in revenue, with a proven offer, a tight system, and a team of high performers who show up every day to win. We provide a structured training pathway, hands-on support, and a high-performance community. Our members succeed in remote closing even without prior sales experience -because our frameworks, coaching, and culture make excellence the standard, not the exception. We are not looking for someone to fill a seat. We are looking for an A-player who is ready to step into a fully functioning system and perform. Ideally we are looking for someone who LIFT the standard further, not just perform to it. II. THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring one US-based full-time Inbound Closer to work the US market (US and Canada leads). This is not a weekend role - this is a full-time commitment with full-time earning potential. This is a seat that produces real income for a closer who performs. At target, you are looking at $6,000–$10,000 USD per month. For the right person, it will be more. Your potential is uncapped. III. THE ROLE As a full-time Inbound Closer, your job is straightforward: convert warm, inbound prospects into enrolled clients using our proven, structured sales process. Your leads have already raised their hand. Your calendar is full and triaged. The system is built. Your only job is to close. You are not building from scratch. You are not hunting for leads. You are stepping into a high-functioning machine and being trusted to drive results at the front end of it. This role is performance-driven. Systems are established. KPIs are clear. If you are the kind of person who thrives when everything is structured and the only variable is your own execution - this is built for you. IV. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct inbound sales calls (approximately 1 hour including buffer) via Zoom, Monday to Friday during US business hours
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up on missed or incomplete opportunities
  • Maintain a strong close rate and cash collection in line with KPI benchmarks
  • Execute all sales SOPs and performance frameworks with precision - no deviations
  • Attend weekly sales training and team sessions
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and sales leadership via Slack

V. WHAT WE EXPECT We have high standards. We also have the infrastructure to back them up. Here is what the role requires: Schedule & Availability

  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
  • Active hours: 9 AM EST – 6 PM PST (flexible within this window)
  • Minimum 8 hours of active availability per day
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada
  • Bonus if you have weekend availability and/or willing to work weekend hours.

Performance Standards

  • Target Close Rate: 35%+ (top performers are hitting 40%+)
  • Cash Collection KPI: 65%+
  • High level of discipline, consistency, and accountability under active KPI tracking

Skills & Experience

  • Sales or closer experience with proven results.
  • Experience reaching and exceeding KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Proven command of high-ticket, consultative sales conversations conducted over Zoom
  • Ability to follow strict SOPs, scripts, and frameworks without deviation
  • Exceptional verbal communication, objection handling, and emotional intelligence
  • Professional remote setup: reliable internet, dedicated workspace, appropriate equipment

VI. TRAINING & SUPPORT We invest in our closers. Here is what you get from day one:

  • Thorough onboarding SOP covering all systems, tools, and processes
  • Access to a library of successful sales calls so you know exactly what great looks like
  • Weekly mandatory sales training sessions
  • Ongoing call reviews and coaching with dedicated sales management support
  • Monthly company-wide meetings

Performance is actively monitored and supported. If your numbers dip, you will not be left to figure it out alone - we coach. But we also hold the standard. VII. PAY STRUCTURE Commission Only - 10% on cash collected, paid in USD.

  • i.e. A $10,000 USD cash sale = $1,000 USD commission
  • On-Target Earnings: $6,000–$10,000+ USD per month
  • Commissions are paid monthly
  • Clawbacks apply for SOP breaches — the standard exists to protect everyone
