Position: Senior HR Coordinator Location: Research Triangle Park, NC (Remote) Pay: $28/hour Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and experience in a relevant field (E.g., Human Resources, Business, or a related field).
  • Prior HR internship experience is highly preferred, or previous experience in HR or immigration coordination is beneficial, but not required.

Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Greene Resources is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team! Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to ensure the seamless functioning of Human Resources (HR) operations, processes, and procedures. Emphasizing efficiency, data management, and compliance, this foundational role is instrumental in contributing to the success of our HR Operations team. The position involves close coordination with various departments and provides valuable insights into the overall functioning of the company. Job Description:

  • Assist in processing new hire requests, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Coordinate the creation of employment agreements for new hires.
  • Support tracking and status updates of new hire onboarding processes.
  • Disseminate relevant new hire information to departments and stakeholders.
  • Assist in coordinating account creation for new employees.
  • Provide the necessary information to the staff for account setup.
  • Monitor the status of account creation and verify successful implementation.
  • Prepare basic ad hoc reports to support HR management and HRIS.
  • Reconcile data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving minor employee data-related issues.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining employment records for employees.
  • Coordinate with information system users to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide general HR operational support.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.\

Position Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with an HR information system is a plus.
  • Proficiency in French, Spanish, and/or Arabic is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) contracting or international work environment is a plus.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and data management skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
