[Remote] Oracle Technical Program Manager

The role involves managing specific Oracle workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams, and partnering with executive stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Oracle migration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a specific Oracle workstream (HCM, ERP, or EPM), driving planning, execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery within a fast-paced, highly visible Oracle migration initiative
• Partner with executive stakeholders, including VP, SVP, and CTO-level leaders, providing clear communication and program status updates

Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology and transformation programs
• Manage and deliver a specific Oracle workstream (HCM, ERP, or EPM), driving planning, execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery within a fast-paced, highly visible Oracle migration initiative
• Partner with executive stakeholders, including VP, SVP, and CTO-level leaders, providing clear communication and program status updates
• Strong Oracle domain expertise
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Proven track record of delivering complex programs end-to-end
