Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive customer engagement and data-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine business analysis, solution design, and technical implementation skills to deliver scalable omnichannel customer experiences.
Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proven experience in a Techno-Functional Consultant role, managing both business and technical requirements
- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder
- Hands-on experience with Automation Studio
- Hands-on experience with Email Studio
- Hands-on experience with Audience Segmentation & Personalization
- Strong understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management
- Strong understanding of Omnichannel Marketing Strategies
- Strong understanding of Customer Journey Mapping
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and customer data modeling
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, Design of Experiments (DOE), and campaign performance measurement
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
