Azuga, a Bridgestone Company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development and Insurance Telematics to enhance their fleet management solutions. The role involves collaborating with executive leadership and building partnerships to drive business impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manages experienced professionals who exercise independent discretion and/or manages a functional area or process that may or may not have direct reports
  • Implements policy and strategy for short-term results and influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
  • Decision making is guided by strategic objectives of specialization
  • Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
  • Must be able to communicates with executive leadership
  • Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • 10+ years of direct or relevant working experience managing partners and selling software and services solutions through channels
  • Telematics or Commercial Insurance Auto experience critical, ideal candidate will have experience with or deep knowledge of commercial insurance telematics programs
  • Excellence in strategic planning, problem-solving, analytics, written and verbal communication to interface effectively with all levels of the organization
  • High organizational skills and deadline management are a must
  • Strong project management skills and ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • Self-starting and collaborative
  • Experienced in working with cross-functional teams and across multiple locations
  • Up to 20% travel
