[Remote] Senior Administrator - HR People Development

Legacy.com is a company that focuses on human resources development, and they are seeking a Senior Administrator for HR People Development. This role involves delivering training to new hires and existing employees, collaborating with the Talent Development team, and managing various training programs while ensuring effective learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide systems, process, product, and or sales training for new hires and existing employees
  • Deliver corporate learning programs in multiple methods including classroom, e-Learning, synchronous, and blended learning. Create, update, and maintain accurate participant manual and facilitator guides for respective training
  • Assess, evaluate, and provide feedback for employee progress throughout the training curriculum to determine if the learner is ready to perform the responsibilities associated with their position
  • Provide feedback to supervisors and sales coaching staff regarding learners for coaching of individual learners
  • Observe side-by-sides (or take calls) to identify training opportunities and suggest methods for improving performance
  • Responsible for managing the learning environment, training facilities, materials, and learning outcomes
  • Coordinate logistics related to training sessions (delivery preparation, scheduling course, reserving training rooms, participant guides are printed and ready, assigning pre-work, etc.)
  • Provide a safe and comfortable classroom environment to optimize learning opportunities
  • Remain current on training delivery, instructional design, and business best practices
  • Consult, build and maintain collaborative partnerships with leaders to identify business needs and relevant training solutions that increase effectiveness
  • Collaborate with others on both the CCO delivery team and the organization-wide training design team to conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning solutions
  • Understand learner roles to ensure that learning solutions meet the needs of stakeholders and end users
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate assessments that measure learner outcomes including productivity. This will include Level 1 and Level 2 training evaluations
  • Recommend and implement program changes as needed based on results
  • Participates in Talent Development and CCO Sales meetings and project teams as necessary

Skills

  • Bachelors degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience
  • 4+ years' experience in talent development, facilitation, or training profession
  • Project management, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow up skills
  • Strong interpersonal presentation and facilitation skills with various size audiences and delivery methods
  • Knowledge of training lifecycle and delivery methods
  • Strong decision making and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with delivery technologies such as Teams, PowerPoint, and other delivery software
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of performance consulting, talent management, and/or learning and development strategies, methods, and best practices
  • Excellent problem solver and ability to remove barriers and recommend and implement solutions
  • Ability to motivate multiple individuals with diverse experiences and skills in the context of a learning environment
  • Ability to self-motivate and work well with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suites
  • Knowledge of TDS, call center, and/or telecommunications industry a plus
  • Ability to use data to drive decision making, training content and recommendations for performance solutions
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% to meet critical business needs
  • Valid driver's license and ability to fly to training sites
