[Remote] Program Manager, AI Transformation (GTM)

As a Technical Program Manager on the GTM Engineering team, you will drive internal AI initiatives to enhance operations across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps, while managing the AI roadmap and collaborating with various teams to implement AI-driven automations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM leadership across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-powered automation and workflow optimization
  • Own the GTM AI roadmap—prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, readiness, and alignment across functions
  • Program-manage the design, build, and rollout of AI workflows across the GTM stack, collaborating closely with Business Systems, Data, Product, and AI Engineering teams
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured programs with clear success metrics, tracking adoption and measuring efficiency impact
  • Represent GTM Engineering needs in AI and roadmap planning with engineering
  • Establish frameworks for measuring AI initiative success: tracking time savings, productivity lift, adoption rates, and revenue impact
  • Drive change management and enablement efforts, ensuring GTM teams understand, adopt, and maximize new AI capabilities

Skills

  • 5-8+ years of program management, ideally within GTM operations, business systems, digital transformation, or AI operations
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional programs and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Deep familiarity with GTM systems and workflows: experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, customer success tools, and understanding of the GTM lifecycle from lead generation through renewal
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate technical insights into executive-level narratives and establish data-driven frameworks for measuring program success
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption across teams
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and balance strategic vision with tactical execution
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
  • Nice to have: experience designing and implementing AI, automation, or workflow intelligence in GTM, sales operations, or post-sales environments
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred
