[Remote] US- Product Manager (Senior Living)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PointClickCare is a leading health tech company focused on helping providers deliver exceptional care. They are seeking a Product Manager to lead the transformation in senior living by owning product strategy and driving end-to-end product outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your portion of the Senior Living products
- Become the product expert for your areas of responsibility, including product functionality and how the product creates value for the customer and user
- Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team inclusive of engineering and UX, partnering with engineering leads to manage ceremonies associated with product delivery
- Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to support engineering teams in delivering on product priorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders on how to improve
- Identify, communicate, and bring the right people together to manage risks timely and effectively. Manage products through the full development lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study
- 3+ years of experience in a Product management function
- Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and task management
- Demonstrated ability to manage products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products
- Previous work Experience with Large Data foundations and Census work (Planning, collecting and processing population data, Address verification, preferred not required)
- Proven track record working with Technical Delivery and Engineering teams
- Strong understanding of Data foundation and regulatory functions that come from working with PHI
