FONpros is a growing healthcare technology company seeking a sales-focused Account Manager to drive expansion revenue within its established customer base. The role involves identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing business with existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage existing customers through outbound calls, email, and virtual meetings
  • Identify opportunities for additional software, services, and technology solutions
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and challenges
  • Coordinate product demonstrations with internal product specialists when appropriate
  • Build proposals, negotiate pricing, and close business
  • Maintain pipeline activity and accurately forecast opportunities
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, inside sales, SDR, BDR, or account executive roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and proactive customer outreach
  • Experience carrying a quota or being measured against performance goals
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • CRM experience preferred
