Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. P11 Creative is a Newport Beach-based, real estate-exclusive digital marketing agency. They are seeking a Digital Account Director who will be responsible for managing key client relationships and developing integrated digital marketing strategies specifically for the real estate industry. This role combines strategic leadership with digital expertise to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, pitch, and execute cohesive, full-funnel digital marketing strategies that unify paid, organic, and content channels to drive measurable business impact
  • Provide strategic oversight for campaign build-out and implementation across all major paid and organic social media platforms, staying up-to-date on platform changes and evolving requirements
  • Deliver high-level strategic presentations to our real-estate client executive teams, translating complex digital strategies and performance data into clear business outcomes and actionable recommendations
  • Serve as the internal and client-facing expert on advanced SEO best practices, including AI-powered SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization, e-commerce, voice search, local/hyperlocal search strategy for community-level and regional real estate markets, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Ensure all strategies are built on a solid foundation of technical and content-based principles
  • Own the most critical client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, strategic relevance, and client retention. Proactively identify and resolve high-level client concerns. Lead monthly reviews that frame performance through a real estate business lens
  • Drive revenue growth within the existing client portfolio by identifying opportunities to expand services into new business units and service lines and ensure the strategic health and profitability of accounts. Partner with the executive team on new business pitches, bringing real estate market intelligence, competitive positioning, and credible campaign benchmarks to every proposal
  • Act as the agency lead within the client’s marketing team, collaborating with internal and external partners (e.g., creative, media) to deliver holistic market insights and cohesive execution
  • Oversee and conduct in-depth data analysis using platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager. Interpret data in the context of real estate market conditions, seasonal cycles, and community-specific absorption rates
  • QA & monitor interactive dashboards and custom reports in Looker Studio, ensuring data is accurately integrated via APIs from CRMs, Email Marketing, and other platforms (e.g., Meta & LinkedIn Tagging)
  • Transform complex data sets into a clear, compelling narrative that explains performance, highlights wins/opportunities, and provides concrete, business-focused action plans for the client
  • Co-ownership of the Client Onboarding process. Work with the executive team and Account Managers to develop a standardized, efficient, and scalable process for account access, content approvals, reporting integration, and implementation
  • Ensure operational excellence across all accounts. This includes maintaining key internal and client-facing trackers, setting clear deadlines, tracking progress, managing multiple simultaneous projects, and leading timely internal and client communication. Resolve high-level escalations within 24–48 hours with a clear, client-protective path forward
  • Support the tiered Account Manager structure to balance workload and introduce scalability. Support escalation requests for digital team members, guiding them on complex client issues and strategic challenges
  • Use AI/automation tools to drive efficiency: prompt engineering, workflow automation, AI-assisted reporting, and platform-native AI tools

Skills

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a senior client-facing Account Director role within a real estate-focused agency or in-house at a developer, builder, or multifamily operator. Preferably within an agency environment
  • Proven expertise in real estate (specifically multifamily) or comparable high-value asset marketing is required
  • Deep, demonstrable expertise in Paid Search, Paid/Organic Social, Programmatic strategy, and SEO
  • Expert-level proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager & Looker Studio
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to C-Suite executives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver under pressure
  • Expert in managing tiered account structures, workload balancing, and high-level digital strategy escalations to drive team efficiency and client satisfaction
