[Remote] SLED Regional Sales Manager

They are seeking a SLED Regional Sales Manager to lead and mentor a sales team, driving the adoption of their Infinity Platform and managing key accounts within the SLED sector.
Responsibilities
- Drive a Culture of Execution : Direct and mentor a team of field sales associates to continue consistently exceed regional revenue targets
- Strategic Talent Acquisition : Take full ownership of the region’s talent roadmap. Strategically recruit, onboard, and develop the next generation of sales stars, ensuring a robust pipeline of high-performing talent
- Performance Coaching : Conduct rigorous, fair, and constructive evaluations of field sales personnel, coaching them to master full-portfolio selling and generate powerful "pull" demand
- Architect the Region : Stay ahead of marketplace shifts and dynamically adapt regional and territory strategies to outmaneuver the competition
- Deal Advocacy & Conflict Resolution : Step into high-stakes, complex sales cycles alongside your team, leveraging your influence to close critical deals and resolve strategic conflicts
- Rigorous Account Planning : Oversee and thoroughly review comprehensive field sales strategies and account plans to ensure flawless execution
- Elevate Key Accounts : Personally maintain and expand relationships with a select portfolio of the region’s largest SLED accounts, securing "trusted advisor" status at the executive level
- Channel Optimization : Guide your team to actively develop and nuture channel partners effectively addressing any partner coverage gaps
- Executive Partner Collaboration : Partner directly with the leadership teams of our key channel partners to co-mentor sales teams and drive mutual revenue growth
Skills
- 12+ Years of Experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- A highly experienced revenue generator and manager with a documented track record of driving exceptional results in the CX/Collaboration/CCaaS or SaaS space within SLED accounts
- Someone who knows the industry landscape inside and out, understands how to win against legacy players, and brings established relationships to the table
- A leader who takes pride in developing people, possesses a 'fair but firm' management philosophy, and knows how to rally a team around a shared vision
- An expert within direct SLED selling and indirect channel ecosystems, capable of aligning both for maximum market impact
