[Remote] Business Data Analyst

Electrosoft Services, Inc. is an award-winning company that provides comprehensive technology-based solutions and services to federal customers. They are seeking a Business Data Analyst who will support the preparation of user manuals, training materials, and reports while maintaining documentation and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Expert experience assisting with the creation, maintenance, and analysis of technical documentation and information, including presentations and reports, involving document assembly, editing, and related administrative and financial support
  • Proficiency in organizational change management standards
  • Proficiency in IT project management experience using various Microsoft and graphic tools
  • Ability to create, critique, and update programmatic briefings and ghost emails for consumption by senior management
  • Change agent with the ability to implement strategies to affect change and guiding teams to adapt change
  • Excellent communications skill, both written and oral, with focus on strong visual communications skills to convey complex concepts via graphic designs
  • Creative, strategic thinker, and self-starter with ability to solve complex programmatic problems
  • Ability to multi-task, deconflict priorities, and accountable for all assigned projects/tasks under broad guidance

Skills

  • Five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Must be able to obtain or currently possess IT-III Non-Sensitive security clearance or Tier 1 (T1)
  • Must have experience with the following programs: MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, Power Point

  • Undergraduate Degree Preferred
  • Experience with Defense Systems and Applications preferred
