Responsibilities

  • Design and solve real-world editorial and publishing scenarios to test AI reasoning
  • Write clear, structured examples covering grammar correction, tone alignment, structural editing, and content refinement
  • Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, editorial quality, and adherence to professional standards
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to strengthen model understanding of editing, writing tone, and publishing conventions

Skills

  • 4+ years of experience as an Editor, Copy Editor, or Content Specialist in publishing, media, or communications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
  • Strong English writing, grammar, and editorial judgment skills
  • Ability to explain editing choices and language nuances clearly and effectively
