[Remote] Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement while gaining exposure across various digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, web, events, and other channels
  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, working within established templates and brand standards
  • Segment email audiences using CRM queries, customer lists, and AI-assisted segmentation tools to ensure the right message reaches the right audience
  • Build and schedule social media posts across channels using a social media management tool; design accompanying graphics within established templates
  • Maintain website content, as needed
  • Manage campaign timelines, project plans, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
  • Track, compile, and report on email and social campaign performance on a regular cadence, surfacing key metrics and trends
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights, identifying what's working and where there are opportunities to improve
  • Pitch future campaign ideas grounded in prior performance results, company initiatives, and sales goals
  • Support the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, and promotional materials
  • Manage marketing assets and ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing materials
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing activities with business objectives
  • Coordinate relationships with external vendors and freelancers as needed
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and project documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in email marketing, social media management, and campaign reporting
  • Foundational knowledge of marketing principles, campaign execution, digital marketing channels, and brand management
  • Comfort working with data: pulling reports, interpreting metrics, and communicating findings clearly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage recurring workflows and multiple concurrent tasks
  • Written communication skills for copywriting and editing tasks; not required to be a specialist, but should be willing to write
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and content management platforms
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset–skills don't need to be fully formed, but a willingness to learn quickly is essential
  • Genuine enthusiasm for Infobase's mission to support learners, educators, and researchers with tools to develop literacy skills
  • Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, and content management systems preferred
  • Passion for Infobase's mission and the educational information space
