[Remote] Senior Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Analyst to lead the rollout of a structured skills framework and collaborate with various stakeholders to implement AI-enabled processes across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of a structured “skills” framework, enabling reusable and shareable prompt-based assets across the organisation
- Design and implement the operating model for creating, maintaining and governing AI skills and super prompts
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts and data engineers to drive alignment and adoption
- Apply experience with Claude skills and agent-based frameworks to shape scalable prompt and workflow design
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, including the development and use of advanced super prompts
- Drive change management activity to embed new AI-enabled processes across multiple teams
Skills
- Strong experience operating as a senior analyst or similar, leading cross-functional initiatives
- Proven experience implementing agent skills using tools such as Claude, with a solid understanding of how skills frameworks are structured and deployed
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying super prompts or equivalent reusable prompt patterns
- Ability to codify business knowledge into structured, scalable AI artefacts
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and influence across teams
- Exposure to working alongside data engineering or AI teams in a delivery environment
