Minisoft Technologies LLC is seeking an Oracle SCM Planning Consultant to lead the Supply Chain and Operations workstream during the ERP Discovery Phase. The role involves assessing current-state processes, facilitating business workshops, defining future-state operating models, conducting Oracle Fusion fit-gap analysis, and contributing to the overall ERP transformation roadmap.

Skills
- 12+ years of Supply Chain transformation experience
- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and solution design experience
- Deep expertise in Procurement, Inventory, Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics
- Experience facilitating executive and business workshops
- Strong fit-gap assessment and process design experience
