The Sr. Program Manager – Strategy will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives within the Global Operations, Supply Chain Planning organization, collaborating with executives to inform decision-making and enhance operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support high-priority strategic projects across business units and functions, managing key stakeholders and delivering actionable insights
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to senior executives and functional leaders in shaping the company’s long- and short-term strategic priorities
  • Independently own and execute multiple complex workstreams, from problem definition through solution development and implementation
  • Partner with business unit and functional leaders to address critical supply and demand challenges, presenting recommendations and proposals to senior leadership

Skills

  • Master's degree from with 3–5 years of experience in management consulting at a Tier-1 strategy consulting firm, degree in engineering or operations preferred. MBA from strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to drive change at scale with a strong bias for action
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong data-driven problem-solving capabilities, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to craft compelling executive-level presentations
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and global environments
