The role involves partnering with club leadership to ensure smooth operations during construction while managing various stakeholders and construction teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee renovations and capital improvement projects across a portfolio of premier health clubs and sports facilities
- Partner with club leadership to keep operations running smoothly throughout construction
- Manage project management, construction leadership, stakeholder communication, field problem solving, and coordination of self-performing trades
- Work directly with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal construction teams
