[Remote] Financial Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support various functions by providing financial analysis, developing financial models, and offering data-driven recommendations to influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and strategic guidance
• Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for new initiatives, investments, and operational decisions
• Support marketing performance analysis, including spend, pipeline, and ROI metrics
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, variance analysis, and reporting activities
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, HR, Procurement, and business stakeholders
• Drive process improvements through FP&A tools, business intelligence, and automation solutions

Skills

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop recommendations with limited direction
• Strong customer-service mindset and passion for solving business problems through data
• Ability to travel to the Bellevue area as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
• Experience supporting corporate functions and/or marketing teams preferred
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics, ROI analysis, and organizational cost modeling is a plus
