[Remote] AVEVA PI Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SARACA is currently hiring for a Senior AVEVA PI Consultant opportunity. The role involves designing, configuring, developing, and deploying real-time industrial data solutions using the AVEVA PI System and related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AVEVA PI System solutions and real-time data architectures
- Configure and support PI Data Historian, PI AF, PI Vision, and PI Interfaces
- Lead PI upgrades, migrations, and system optimization initiatives
- Implement PI AF hierarchies, analytics, notifications, and event frames
- Support OEE, MES, and enterprise system integrations
- Develop custom interfaces and solutions using C# and Python
- Work with PI Connectors, Adapters, OPC DA/UA, RDBMS, and PI-to-PI interfaces
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout project delivery
- Develop technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment plans
Skills
- 10+ years of AVEVA PI / OSIsoft PI System experience
- Strong expertise with PI Asset Framework (AF)
- PI Historian configuration and administration
- PI Vision / ProcessBook dashboard development
- PI Analytics, Notifications, Event Frames, and RtReports
- PI Interfaces, Connectors, and Adapters
- MES integration and OEE implementation experience
- Strong programming experience with C#, Python, SQL, and .NET
- Experience with cloud platforms, data hubs, and data lakes
- Manufacturing or Energy industry experience
- AVEVA CONNECT Data Services expertise
- AWS or Azure experience
- Power BI and Tableau reporting experience
- PI System Certification (OSIsoft / AVEVA)
- SSIS and API integration experience
