[Remote] Odoo Operations Analyst

The Odoo Operations Analyst will ensure the smooth development, customization, and maintenance of the company's ERP (Odoo) for the Operations teams, collaborating closely with operational teams to translate business needs into effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and challenge the needs of operational teams
  • Identify gaps between existing processes and standard Odoo features
  • Identify functional requirements
  • Prioritize end-user requirements by discriminating “must have” from “nice to have”
  • Assess new module development and current system improvement requests
  • Provide requirements for Odoo modules development and customization in agreement with other owners and service providers
  • Ensure development projects stay consistent with end-user needs Documentation
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date end-user documentation
  • Prioritize and manage development requests
  • Ensure communication between operational teams and Odoo technical teams

Skills

  • Minimum 1 to 5 years' experience with Business/Operation Analysis in Odoo (CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in IS Management, Business Administration, Operations Engineering or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain ideas, ask questions, and give respectful feedback
  • A team-oriented mindset, you like to help others and collaborate closely
  • Ability to work independently and in a small team
  • Open-minded, methodical, conscientious, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a clear focus on priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Rigorous, pragmatic
  • Team player with good social skills
  • Awareness of and sensitivity to environmental issues and green technology
