Position Summary The Workday HRIS Analyst is responsible for the configuration, administration, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Human Capital Management modules. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for HR-facing Workday functionality, partnering closely with People Operations stakeholders to optimize business processes, deliver reporting insights, and ensure system integrity across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and related modules.

Key Responsibilities

System Configuration & Administration Monitor and resolve support tickets for Workday HCM Own configuration and ongoing administration of Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and Learning Design, build, and maintain Workday business processes, condition rules, notifications, and security assignments Manage Workday tenant configuration across production and sandbox environments Support bi-annual Workday release cycles including feature review, testing, and deployment People Operations Stakeholder Support Serve as the primary point of contact for People Operations stakeholders on Workday system questions, issues, and enhancement requests Translate People Operations business requirements into Workday configuration solutions Conduct user acceptance testing with People Operations partners and document outcomes Develop and deliver end-user training materials and job aids for Workday HCM functionality Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support HR operational and strategic needs Partner with People Operations leadership to deliver workforce analytics including headcount, turnover, compensation, and DEI metrics Ensure data quality and consistency across HCM data domains Projects & Continuous Improvement Lead or support Workday HCM project initiatives including new module deployments, process redesigns, and system integrations Proactively identify opportunities to improve People Operations processes through better use of Workday functionality Document configuration decisions, business process designs, and system changes

Qualifications

Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field 4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence configuration experience Proficiency in Core HCM, and at least two of: Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Talent & Performance Experience building Workday reports using Report Writer and calculated fields Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with non-technical HR stakeholders Preferred Workday Pro certification in Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, or related functional areas. Experience with Workday EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data loads Familiarity with Workday integrations (PICOF, PECI, Core Connectors) Experience supporting Workday in a multi-entity or multi-country environment Core Competencies HR Domain Expertise — Deep understanding of HR processes and how they translate into Workday configuration Customer Focus — Responsive, solutions-oriented partner to HR stakeholders at all levels Attention to Detail — Maintains high standards of data accuracy and configuration quality Continuous Learning — Stays current with Workday releases and proactively brings new capabilities forward Collaboration — Works effectively across HR, Finance, IT, and external partners What We are Offer You At U.S. Urology Partners, we are guided by four core values.
