We Are Hiring Location: Remote Department/Specialty: Research Support Services Schedule: Full Time, Monday- Friday, 8:00 -5:00 CST Salary Range: $96,208 - $134,109

What You Will Do

Consult with department leaders to translate their clinical and operational needs into modern technology plans, ensuring our front-line teams have the tools required to deliver seamless patient care. Optimize existing business work-flows and system architectures to eliminate technical friction, creating a tightly integrated digital ecosystem for our staff. Lead small, agile project teams through the design and launch of cross-platform integration projects that safely and securely connect vital health-care data systems. Evaluate the financial and operational impact ($ROI$) of proposed technical solutions to ensure we are investing resources into initiatives that drive the highest value for our patients and providers. Collaborate with the broader IT functional teams to maintain strict standards of data consistency, directly protecting the accuracy and quality of our shared health-care delivery systems. What You Will Need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Additional Preferences Medicare Coverage Analysis, budget and prior research experience.
