Position Overview

arenaflex is actively recruiting for a Remote Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist to join our operations team. This role supports three distinct shift patterns:

  • Evening Shift: 10:30 pm – 4:00 am (Monday‑Thursday)
  • Night Shift: 10:30 pm – 6:00 am (Friday)
  • Day Shift: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm (Sunday, Tuesday‑Friday)
  • Afternoon Shift: 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Monday‑Friday)

Work‑day and shift schedules may vary based on operational needs. During the prescreening call you will discuss your availability and preferred shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

In this hybrid role, you will perform a blend of office‑based tasks and on‑site activities at our remote terminals. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering inbound calls from drivers, customers, and internal teams with professionalism and empathy.
  • Monitoring and responding to email communications, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Generating, reviewing, and distributing operational reports that track package flow, trailer status, and driver performance.
  • Providing direct support to drivers on the road, including troubleshooting delivery issues and updating shipment statuses.
  • Maintaining accurate data entry across multiple databases that capture feeder routes, parcel counts, and trailer movements.
  • Operating and securing trailer doors during evening and night shifts, with the ability to manually open/close doors when required.
  • Driving on‑site at remote terminal locations; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are mandatory.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams—logistics, dispatch, and customer service—to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhering to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements while on the terminal premises.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and courteously.
  • Basic analytical and problem‑solving abilities, enabling you to identify issues and recommend solutions.
