  • Accurate Data Entry & Record Management: Maintain meticulous records of client bookings, payment transactions, communication histories, and customer interactions using our modern CRM platform. You will ensure every detail is captured accurately so that our teams and clients can rely on the data to make informed decisions.
  • Appointment Scheduling & Calendar Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings for sales consultants and service teams by reaching out to leads, confirming availability, maintaining organized calendars, and communicating meeting details clearly and professionally to all stakeholders.
  • Travel Booking & Itinerary Coordination: Assist clients in planning and booking comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and special activities. You will help build end-to-end itineraries that align with each client's preferences, budget, and timeline.
  • Customer Service Across Multiple Channels: Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, follow up on requests, and ensure every customer feels heard, supported, and satisfied with their experience.
  • Travel Advisory & Product Knowledge: Offer friendly, knowledgeable advice on destinations, travel logistics, package options, and travel insurance solutions. Your guidance will help clients make confident decisions and enjoy peace of mind throughout their journey.
