Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring a Tier 1 Customer Success Support Specialist to serve as a part-time remote contractor. In this role, you will be the trusted first point of contact for an international community of executive learners enrolled in our premium online leadership development programs. You will champion customer happiness, deliver responsive and knowledgeable service, and ensure that every participant’s journey through our platform is seamless, professional, and rewarding.

This is a remote, contract-based position with flexible scheduling across a 24/7 support framework. We are currently seeking candidates who can provide consistent coverage during the 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Eastern Time window on weekdays, with the potential for additional weekend hours based on program demand. Typical weekly hours will range between 10 and 20, with opportunities for additional hours as program volume scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Multi-Channel Support: Enthusiastically assist clients across email, live chat, phone, and web-based tools, addressing technical, logistical, and administrative inquiries with empathy and precision.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Accurately identify, investigate, and resolve both technical and non-technical challenges for a diverse global user base operating in varied environments, devices, and time zones.
  • Escalate with Confidence: Promptly identify issues that exceed Tier 1 scope and escalate them to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring continuity of service and a smooth handoff.
  • Master Our Products and Programs: Develop and maintain a working knowledge of arenaflex’s learning content, technology platforms, and program structure through structured onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute ideas and feedback to enhance internal processes, customer-facing resources, and the overall quality of support delivered.
  • Support Live Virtual Events: Monitor live online video conferencing sessions and provide real-time assistance to participants, ensuring a polished, professional experience for high-level executives.
  • Document Insights: Accurately log interactions, capture feedback, and maintain detailed records within our CRM and help desk systems to inform future service enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 1–3 years of work experience, preferably in a SaaS company, technology division, or customer support environment serving business clients.
  • Executive-Level Composure: Demonstrated poise and professionalism when communicating with senior leaders, C-suite executives, and high-profile professionals from around the world.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen awareness of tone, etiquette, and adaptability across email, phone, chat, and video platforms—especially in urgent or sensitive scenarios.
  • Technical Familiarity: Comfortable navigating Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, website backend or administrative interfaces (e.g., WordPress, Rails Admin), cloud-based tools, and help desk software.
  • Organizational Excellence: Outstanding task management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Work Authorization: Must be currently located in and authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience providing direct support to executives, senior leaders, or enterprise clients.
  • Bilingual or multilingual fluency in Spanish, French, or Japanese is highly valued and will set you apart in our global support operation.
  • Exposure to online learning platforms, virtual event technologies, or educational technology products.
