Key Responsibilities

Core Data Management

  • Accurately input and maintain travel‑related data—including bookings, reservations, client profiles, and ancillary services—into arenaflex’s centralized database.
  • Perform routine data validation checks to guarantee completeness and correctness before final submission.
  • Update and reconcile records in real time, reflecting changes such as cancellations, modifications, and special requests.

Quality Assurance & Auditing

  • Conduct systematic audits of entered data to identify discrepancies, duplicate entries, or missing information.
  • Develop and execute quality‑control checklists that align with arenaflex’s data governance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of errors.

Record Management & Documentation

  • Organize both digital and physical records, ensuring they are easily searchable and retrievable for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a structured filing system for contracts, itineraries, and client communications in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and archive documentation related to bookings, reservations, and vendor agreements according to arenaflex’s policies.

Reporting & Insight Generation

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators such as booking volume, cancellation rates, and revenue trends.
  • Distribute analytical summaries to management, sales, and operations teams to support strategic planning.

Cross‑Functional Communication
